“WYCA wants to draw on its strengths in SUMP from its experience of three Local Transport Plans (LTPs) to share good practice in respect of institutional cooperation. WYCA is continuously refining its governance arrangements for decision making by partners on the LTP and is developing new institutional cooperation models for the establishment of a Combined Authority.
